This policy concerns inquiries originating from the website. Any additional processing needed to provide services will be specified when the engagement is agreed and the relevant authorizations are obtained.
Data and purposes
We may receive your name, email address, phone number, area of interest and the message you choose to send. We use this information to respond, request clarification, assess the inquiry and manage related communications. This form does not request authorization for marketing campaigns.
Authorization and sensitive data
The authorization in the form is limited to handling your inquiry. Sensitive data and information about children are not requested at the initial contact stage. You are not required to provide that information. When a service requires it, the purpose will be explained and the relevant legal conditions will apply.
Data subjects' rights
You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of authorization; learn how your data is used; access it free of charge; and request withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. You may contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the procedure with the controller.
Inquiries and complaints
Write to the contact email, stating your identity, the right you wish to exercise, the facts and a channel for our response. If you act on behalf of someone else, you must provide evidence of that authority. We will request only the supporting documents needed to verify your standing and process the request.
Inquiries are handled within a maximum of 10 business days, with a possible extension of up to 5 business days notified in due time. Complaints are resolved within up to 15 business days, with a possible notified extension of up to 8 business days, under Articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
Retention and third parties
Information is kept for as long as needed to fulfill its purpose and for applicable legal or contractual periods. Deletion may be limited by retention duties or the need to exercise or defend rights. Access must be restricted to those involved in handling the matter.
The form prepares a message in your browser. If you choose to send it, you will use WhatsApp or your email provider, which may operate infrastructure outside Colombia. Those services have their own privacy terms. Do not include confidential information in links or initial contact messages.
