Verification and activation

If payment was approved, the firm will verify your plan, selected period and condominium details. We will then formalize the contract and confirm the start date in writing.

If payment is pending, wait for the result before paying again. If it was declined, check the information in Wompi before retrying.

You can contact us with the condominium’s name, tax ID and transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or banking security codes.
