One membership, one condominium
In Wompi, enter the condominium’s legal name and Colombian tax ID (NIT), along with the payer’s contact details. The firm will request evidence of authority to formalize the contract. Do not submit residents’ documents or case information in the payment form.
After payment
We will review payment and the information received within two business days. Coverage and the selected period begin on the activation date agreed in writing, not when opening Wompi or making payment.
If we cannot activate the membership, we will refund the full amount paid. If you decide not to proceed before activation, you may request a refund at contacto@grupoagconsultores.com. After activation, the contract’s termination and refund terms apply.
Payment does not constitute acceptance of an urgent case, a power of attorney, or a substitute for signing the contract. If a deadline is approaching, contact us before paying.
